This domain name is currently being used for other than web
presence; however, if you would like to buy the domain name,
send an e-mail with an offer to gdad02@ksils.com.

   Include in your e-mail a valid contact name, contact e-mail, and
phone number.  The subject line of the e-mail MUST begin with
the words Domain Purchase Query.  If the subject line does not
start with those words exactly, the msg will not be delivered.

   Please do not ask how much I want for the domain name.
Make your best price offer up front, and if I find it agreeable,
I'll accept immediately.  If not, I may offer an alternative,
but regardless, I'll respond quickly to all requests with a Yes,
No, or Maybe.

   If I agree to transfer the domain to you, I will expect payment
in-full, paid via PayPal (and confirmed), before I authorize the
transfer, which I will do via e-mail as soon as possible after
confirmation receipt.  Note that I will pay all PayPal fees, and
that I will report any sale as income for tax purposes.

   Lastly, if you ask me how much I want for the domain, or
you make a higher offer if I say no, the non-negotiable price in
both cases will be a firm $50,000.oo (US) paid via bank-transfer.
